They pretended to be from SKY, but it was total rubbish. When I asked them some questions, they got all stumped. The number was some dodgy Nottingham one, and the company sounded fake and foreign. I just ended the call straight away.

I got a single call from a genuine person, definitely not an automated system. They claimed to be from EE, telling me they’d be giving me a 30% discount on calls for the next three months. Wasn’t totally sure why exactly, but they said it was because the company had been losing a bunch of customers due to bad service. Then they wanted to ask me some security questions... I told them to just send me something in writing or via email instead, and they immediately hung up.
