Looks like another one of those survey scams to me.

Got a call from a lady with an Indian accent doing some kind of marketing survey. She made a point of saying it wasn’t a sales call, but kept asking if I was interested in getting calls about stuff like wills, life insurance, home appliance warranties, or donating to animal charities. I just kept saying no to everything. After about six minutes, she seemed to catch on I wasn’t biting and suddenly ended the call. Honestly, I’ve already sorted all that stuff out or don’t want it, plus it felt a bit dodgy anyway.
