It was pretty clear it was some sort of scam or marketing call. Since I’m based in Nottingham, I actually thought it was legit because the number showed the local area code. When I called them out pretty firmly, the person on the end - who spoke with a strong foreign accent - just hung up. I've gone ahead and blocked this number now.
