Same number rang me the other day as well as my other half’s phone. The person claimed to be from O2, trying to get me to switch to a cheaper plan. Thing is, I’m actually with Tesco. So when my partner answered, he told them to get lost in no uncertain terms!

Heads up, this number’s definitely spoofed! Some bloke with a funny accent called me, pretending to be from O2 and tried to convince me to switch to a cheaper plan. He kept asking loads of questions about my contract, even though I’m nowhere near O2. I knew straight away it was a scam, but I played along for a bit just to mess with him. Once he caught on, he started getting rude and then just dropped the call.
