Got a call from someone claiming to be BT, said they were checking on my internet. Then they told me I didn’t have any internet and just ended the call.

Got a call on my landline at about 7:55am on 23rd January 2024. It was from someone claiming to be Openreach, saying my internet was set to public instead of private. A woman with an Asian accent said she could help fix it by changing some settings on my PC. Told her I wasn’t buying it at all and ended the call straight away.
