I got a call from some bloke with a strong Indian accent, said something about a secure debt I supposedly owed or needed to sort out. Anyway, I went ahead and blocked the number straight away.

Got a call claiming my Amazon Prime was due for an update and asking for my card info. No way am I giving my payment details to some random caller!

I picked up, but they just cut the call straight away. It’s the third time this number has called me, and after seeing what people are saying here, I’m not even gonna bother picking up next time.

It was pretty obvious a scam, you could hear someone talking in the background and the person had a strong Asian accent. Definitely sounds like a call centre. Best to just ignore and block.

Got a call from someone out of the blue and pretty sure it was a scammer trying to pull a fast one.

Somebody with an Indian accent rang me up saying I owed £5000 on some secured debt I never had. I wasn't really clear on the company's name as he kept talking over me when I tried to say the info was wrong and asked who he was again. I've since put the number on block.

Got a call from some bloke named Steven claiming to be from the benefits office, but it was clearly a load of rubbish! And the way he spoke with that Indian accent just made it even more dodgy. Not falling for that one!

A guy called Steven rang me and claimed he had some important papers showing I wasn’t getting the benefits I was supposed to. The thing is, I don’t get any benefits and I’m not entitled to them either! I just told him no and hung up straight away.

Got calls three times running from various numbers, but all had a similar Indian accent. Ended up hanging up while the bloke was still chatting away.

I got a voicemail from someone but all I could make out was a bunch of chatter in the background, it all seemed to be in some Asian language. Couldn't really understand what they were saying.
