A bloke called William H Brown ringed me after, he said, a recent valuation I'd supposedly had. Somehow, he knew my name and where I lived! I've been at this address for 27 years and never had anything like a valuation done. He was quite keen to get me to agree to a valuation survey, but I just said no thanks.
