I received a rather intrusive call earlier; the chap had the gall to address me by my first name, which I found rather disrespectful. He claimed to be reaching out from a hospice located in Mapperley. It was clear they were after donations, so I firmly instructed him not to ring again and requested that my details be taken off their list. Unbelievable!
