I've received three calls from a chap named Chris who claims to work for some sort of 'energy' firm and is keen to discuss loft insulation. I made it clear on the first call that I'm not interested, yet he's persisted with two more calls. I informed him that this is a cold call and it’s not permissible. Let’s hope he takes the hint and doesn’t ring again!
