Got a robo call from a woman saying she was from national insurance, warning me there was fraud on my number. She said they'd suspend my NI number, freeze my stuff and lock my bank account if I didn’t press 1 to speak to someone. I just hung up and blocked the number straight away. Proper scam, don’t fall for it, it was a Northern Ireland mobile.

Total scam! I had the misfortune of speaking to an Indian bloke who was clearly up to no good. He was asking all sorts of questions about my home life and knew my name, which was quite unsettling. He claimed to be calling from some organisation like youbenefit, but when I pressed for details about why he was ringing, he dodged the question and insisted he needed to verify a few things first.
