To my astonishment, they claimed they were unable to comply with that request. When I inquired about speaking to someone in a more authoritative position, they flatly stated such a conversation wasn't viable. I also tried to obtain the name and address of the company for my records, but they were quite evasive and refused to provide that information. If I'm not mistaken, they’re legally obliged to disclose that in the UK when requested.
