I received a call about life insurance, and the moment I started asking them how they obtained my number, they promptly hung up. Now, the pesky calls have stopped altogether!

Got a call from an Indian bloke who knew my name, said it was about life insurance. I told him over and over that I wasn’t interested and asked to be taken off their call list, but he said they couldn’t do that. When I requested to speak to a supervisor, he claimed there wasn’t anyone higher to talk to. I also asked for the company’s name and address, but he wouldn’t provide either, which I reckon they’re legally supposed to do here in the UK if you ask.

Every time I try to talk, they just cut me off and hang up - definitely sounds like a scam to me! Be careful and make sure to report them!

Got a rubbish call from some sort of spammer. Annoying as heck!
