Yeah, I totally agree, the accent was real thick and I couldn't make out what they were saying. Did they leave a voicemail or not?

They spoke with a really thick accent, so I couldn’t make out what they were saying at first. Took me a while, but thanks to another user’s remark, I realised it was about a dog food trial from a few years back. They were calling to check in on it.
