This number has called me two times today and also twice on the 17th of November. Each time they hung up just as I was about to answer. When I tried to call them back, no one picked up, so I’m guessing it was just a random cold call.

I answered the phone with a cautious "hello?" but got no reply. Tried again, "hello?" then this woman said, "Hi, I'm Jane from Smith's Care Comfort." I was like, "Right..." So, this morning around 9:30 am on 21 November 2017, i got a call from a lady who was askin about a car crash within the past couple of years. When I tried to ring back later, it said the number wasn’t valid anymore. The number seemed to be a landline from Nottingham according to the directory. Looks like this might be some kind of fake call they’ve started making since this morning, so I’d recommend not picking up if you get it.
