I was involved in an accident that wasn’t my fault, and when I explained this to them, they just ended the call right away. Total waste of time.

It was pretty clear it was an automated call trying to check if someone would answer - there was a noticeable gap before someone’s voice finally came on. Definitely a live person on the other end, but just one of those annoying cold calls.
