Curiosity got the better of me, so I had a look on this site as well as one called ‘Who Called Me’. Turns out, it's linked to some sort of accident claims firm - they barely articulate their name, ramble something about you being in an accident, and offer to help you with a claim. The moment you tell them you haven't been in any mishap, they hang up on you without a second thought.
