I wouldn’t bother calling back as it can cost you anywhere from like 3p to 40p a minute on a mobile, and about 9p if you’re on a landline. The number shows as from Nottingham but recently loads of 0115 numbers have been flagged on here, so I reckon these might be foreign calls posing as UK ones. I haven’t personally received a call from them, but that’s just my guess after reading what others have said.
