I received a rather alarming call from this number claiming to be from the national cyber crime unit, stating that my phone line had been breached. The initial voice spoke clearly in English, but then I was transferred to another person who had a strong Asian accent. The call was filled with background commotion, which made it difficult to hear. When I inquired about the organisation, he seemed to mention he was from BT's technical department. I decided to end the conversation when he began to request my name. Pretty sure it was a scam!
