I just hung up and called Sky Direct instead, and they told me it's a scam trying to steal your cash. Best just to ignore these calls and don't pick up.

They prompted me to press 1 to connect with tech support. Naturally, I ended the call and contacted Sky directly instead. They confirmed it was a scam designed to swindle money from unsuspecting folks. Whatever you do, DON'T ENGAGE - just let it ring!
