I frequently receive more than 10 premium text messages, claiming that I have subscribed to services that I actually never signed up for. Every time I contact Vodacom, they insist there is nothing they can do to help me. However, when I mention that I work for Vodafone customer care and know they have the capability to stop these subscriptions on their end, suddenly they take action. It's frustrating knowing that if I do get charged for these subscriptions, Vodacom or any other network provider cannot refund the money because it is a "THIRD PARTY" subscription. I have tried searching on the internet for a way to contact these people directly, but haven't received any answers. It is crucial for me to find a way to stop these subscriptions.

I received a claim stating that I have been subscribed to their service for R7 per day (for www.buzzylife.co.za), but this is not true. Upon conducting a few searches, it became apparent that they have been perpetrating these kinds of scams since 2012. It's utterly absurd that such illicit activities continue without being effectively halted.

It would be great if people could refrain from falsely claiming that I have won an iPhone 7. I strongly dislike scams and individuals who try to take advantage of others. If someone genuinely wants to give me an iPhone, they should simply offer it without any hidden intentions. I find it puzzling how one can supposedly win something without actively participating in any competition. It is frustrating, and quite frankly, it upsets me.

I've just received an SMS that goes as follows: "Kindly verify your purchase: STS, an upgrade to the value of R6000. This will cost R7.00 and will be deducted daily. If you wish to confirm, please reply with "Y". Should you need assistance from your service provider, please contact them at 011 507 4630. Telkom Mobile." I find it rather puzzling as I have not made any such purchase.
