Got a call from a lady claiming to be with BT Openreach, saying our internet would be down for a whole day because someone had hacked our line. The phone connection was terrible the entire time, and the call got cut off because the signal kept dropping. Proper rubbish experience.

So this lady, calling herself Selena, claimed she was from BT Openreach and said they were about to disconnect my internet today. I told her to bugger off and hung up. Then, when I tried ringing the number back, it was just gone - shocker!
