7 yearsGot a call from this number, guy speaking with an Asian accent pretending to be from BT. He claimed he worked in their tech support and told me there was a problem with my computer. I asked him to prove he was a BT employee and he said yes. Then I told him that if he really worked for BT, he should know my account number. He said he couldn’t share that info because it was another department. I said if he was really from BT, he should have access to it straight away.
