I just had a rather eloquent chap on the line claiming to be Luke from my local energy conservation office. He inquired about the sort of insulation we have in our home. It all felt rather rehearsed, and I couldn’t shake the feeling that it might have been some sort of automated system. The moment I didn’t engage, the call cut off! Funny enough, I’ve had a run-in with a similar situation before. When I looked into the number, it turns out others received calls from someone named Matthew, Mark, Luke, and John all regarding the same topic. Quite curious, isn’t it?
