Had a chat with a very polite woman who kept on talking non-stop, almost like a recorded message! She claimed to be from some energy charity, telling me my loft insulation was apparently unsafe and offered a free inspection. After a bit, I finally said, "If this is for real, you should get the housing association to call me." She apologised and hung up sharpish, but the whole thing felt a bit dodgy to me, not sure she was legit.
