Got a call from some scammers claiming I was due a refund and needed my details. Total rubbish, don’t be fooled by it!

They rang me a couple of times saying something like “Ofwat sent us your info, we’re handling it for them,” and then gave some excuse about “irregularities on your account and a refund was made.” I really doubt Ofwat would just hand out personal details, plus any refund would show on my bill anyway! Feels totally dodgy to me - SCAM, SCAM, SCAM!
