Got a dodgy-looking leaflet through the door offering a free gas boiler, claiming it’s part of some UK Government scheme. But it didn’t include any info about the scheme, no company name, no business registration details or anything like that. Didn’t bother ringing the number, as I couldn’t find any proper government scheme that covers a free gas boiler when I looked it up (there’s one for loans to swap gas boilers for greener options though). Seems a bit fishy to me.

Bit dodgy if you ask me. Found this number stuck on a note on someone's letterbox, claiming they give away a free gas boiler. Problem is, the 0114 code is for a place like 25 miles away from where I live. No business name to go with it, and I couldn’t find anything about it online. Just thought I’d share so no one else gets caught out. I’m definitely not calling it. Feels like a scam to me, honestly.
