Had a few calls from someone trying to sell loft insulation. The first time, they kept calling it "cruising fiberglass insulation" or something like that. I told them straight away I wasn’t interested. The second call was just as annoying, so I said the same thing again. By the third call, I explained we already have fibreglass insulation up there, and they quickly hung up on me. Real pain!
