Didn’t pick up since the number wasn’t familiar to me.

There was this guy speaking but you could hear loads of noise in the background, he said hello then his voice got all weird and crackly and then it just stopped after about 10 seconds or so.

I didn’t pick up since I didn’t know the number. Feels dodgy because they never gave me a ring back, which any normal caller would’ve done. Probably some sort of scam.
