I got a call while I was on reception at Leeds City Council. The person on the other end was talking about some utility or gas service, but honestly, it was all quite confusing. I think they just didn’t realise they had reached a City Council number.

Got a call out of the blue from someone claiming to be an energy provider, saying they wanted to share "new gas and electric tariffs" so we could see if switching might save money. We never asked for this info and honestly, not sure if it was a legit call or some sort of scam. Pretty strange to get this unsolicited call though.
