Someone rang asking for my sister, said I was listed as her next of kin. They wanted me to complete a survey about a course she’d taken.

Somebody managed to bypass my phone’s security by claiming to be from Staffordshire Council, asking to speak to someone who actually doesn’t live here. When I picked up, they didn’t say a word. I checked with the council and they have no idea about the call or the number it came from.
