The person on the other end had such horrible English, it was really hard to understand what they were trying to say. Honestly, why have a call centre with folks who can’t speak proper English? Tried calling but no one picked up. Bet it’s another scam since that’s all we ever get on our home phone. Honestly, if BT had a way to block these dodgy calls, it’d make things so much easier. Might just have to switch off the ringer altogether!
