Got a random call today from a number that just kept ringing no message was left. I reckon it’s one of those dodgy auto dialer scams. Seems like the usual stuff from one of those call centres in India trying some trick about a refund from Amazon or maybe BT warning about internet crimes. Could even be that Microsoft or Norton antivirus refund con I’ve heard about. Best thing to do is just block and ignore. Had a look at the reviews and honestly, looks pretty shady - probably an attempt at stealing your identity or some scam. Stay careful out there!

Got a call from some company called Netfly Digital or whatever, the guy had a pretty thick Indian accent. He was pushing hard about revamping my website. Got quite pushy and even a bit rude as the call went on.

Who the heck was that? No clue! Saw an unknown number pop up, so just let it go to voicemail like I always do. No message there, so straight to the block list it went. My advice? Don’t ever ring back a number you don’t recognise - it might be some sneaky premium rate scam that’ll cost you a bomb (seriously, google it if you're unsure). If it really was important, they’ll try again or leave a message. If they don’t, then it probably wasn’t worth your time anyway. Better safe than sorry! :)

I got called by someone askin for a person who apparently used to live here before us. We've owned this number for like 18 years now, so it's pretty clear their info is super out of date. When I tried to get the caller to tell me who they were, they just would not give their name. Total waste of time!

Had this number ring me again but they didn’t even try calling through my new phone's call blocker, so I’m guessing it’s dodgy. From what I’ve seen here, they’re likely scams. Got myself a BT Decor 2600 with TrueCall from Currys for about 24 quid, and honestly, best bit of kit. Finally some silence, and the missus is well pleased too!

This one was a real pro scammer, more clever than the usual lot, which made it all the more risky. He was chatting about my Sky box and stuff - if I actually had one, I might’ve fallen for it, the guy was convincing. Definitely someone who should be stopped!
