I struggled to grasp what they were on about when they mentioned that my name had been brought up.

I got a call from a woman with an accent I couldnt figure out, and she was saying something completely unclear. When I asked her to say who she was representing, she just repeated the confusing mumble. I told her straight up if she cant speak proper English she shouldnt bother ringing me again.

A woman on the line was talking so quickly I couldnt catch what she said. When i asked her to slow down, she told me who she was and asked why I hadn't sent back a PPI pack. I said i never requested one and wasnt interested. Ended the call there.
