I honestly don't get why this number shows up as green when it's clearly not safe. They keep ringing without you asking, which to me is just harassment. If you didn’t give them permission, it’s nothing but annoying spam calls. Folks, please make sure you report these scammers and spammers properly. They’re just parasites, and we gotta band together to get rid of them for good.

Felt dodgy for a few reasons: a) previous owner probs wouldn't have sorted a warranty transfer if there was one, b) they rang my second SIM number, which I only use for dodgy companies or when forced to give a phone number online, c) that number definitely wasn’t with the previous owner, and d) the caller didn’t have any info on the brand, age or purchase date of the machine. Got a call from a boiler firm, asked them the cost of a Baxi 630 and they said £2,000 fitted. Then I asked how much for just the boiler with the flue, and they said £1,500 for the parts and £500 for fitting. I work at a plumbing centre and told them this is way overpriced. I’ve just bought a Baxi 630 with flue for £800 plus VAT myself. Seriously, don’t waste your money with these rip-off places. Go to a reputable plumbing centre - you’ll find better prices on boilers, flues, and everything else you need.
