Said they were from ebay and kept hassling me for my private details.

He said he was ringing from Ebay but it’s obvious he’s not connected to them. When I asked which company he was with, he suddenly sped up his talking and wouldn’t answer me properly. I could hear loads of other calls in the background, same thing going on. It’s definitely one of those pushy call centres trying to scam you. Once I ended the call, he tried ringing back straight away, but luckily I’d already blocked the number on our VOIP system (thank goodness for that). I’d recommend everyone block this number - it’s clearly a scam.

Had a super cheeky bloke phoning "for Ebay". Even if I was keen, the way he spoke was off-putting straight away! Proper unpleasant guy.

A British accent told me they were phoning from Ebay about a business deal, but as soon as I mentioned some past problems, they stopped giving any info.
