just dont pick up or reply to this number, block it straight away. when they ring at first, there’s silence, so you end up talking and they can check if the number is genuine, not some automated line. once they realise you’re a real person, they start bothering you with all sorts of problems, basically trying to scam money out of you. it’s a sheffield area code, probably to seem legit. honestly, dont bother answering calls from numbers you don’t recognise, if it’s important they’ll leave a voicemail!
