got a call from expert renewals saying i might qualify for some kind of grant or government benefit. they attempted to confirm my details but mentioned an address i haven't lived at in ages. when i asked where they got my info from, they had no answer. told them to take me off their calling list straight away.

So I got a call from someone claiming to be 'Expert Renewals', saying they were offering government grants to homeowners in my area. Thing is, I run a business and I’m on the TPS, so honestly, I don’t think they had any business ringing me at all.

Got a call from some 'pension review team' lot who couldn’t even say my name right, so obviously a cold call. I asked where they found my number, and they just said "the database." When I pressed "which database?" they answered "the user database." Yeah, that explains everything, not!
