I picked up and all I could hear was some background office chatter, then the call suddenly dropped.

They kept ringing and I recognised the young bloke’s voice, said I could get a refund or something. I told him to send me something proper in the post before I consider anything. Then he started going on again, so I just turned the volume right up and shouted at him to jog on, nice and clear. Honestly, if these lot don’t wise up, they’re screwed for sure.

Nearly daily these annoying calls keep coming, nonstop! Something called Central Claims Group or whatever that name is. Had enough and just blocked them.
