I got a call from Martin Mortgage and when I nicely told him to remove my number, he got super pushy. He even threw me a dodgy number 0800282930 when I asked for his contact. When I mentioned I'm dealing with mental health stuff, he started being sarcastic and a bit threatening, then kept pushing for like 10 minutes straight. Honestly, it was pretty scary.

At that point, I decided to end the conversation. It’s incredibly frustrating dealing with individuals who feel entitled to intrude on your personal time without any invitation.

I told him I don’t discuss mortgage or financial matters over the phone and I’d rather speak to my bank in person. Then he suddenly said he was just nearby and could pop round to see me. That’s when I ended the call straight away.
