Somebody rang my mum pretending to be from BT, saying her internet was about to be cut off because of suspicious stuff and hackers trying to access loads of devices. My mum wisely told them she needed to check with me first (good on her), and the woman said she’d ring back in five minutes. I told mum just to ignore it since she’s not even a BT customer. They’ve tried three times since, but mum’s not picking up. What a bunch of jokers.
