On 18th Oct 2022, I got a call from an Asian woman claiming to be from BT. She told me someone was trying to access my computer and said she’d sent me an email, which I never got. When I asked for her phone number, she gave me BT’s 0800 8700 150. About a minute later, she called again but this time from 01643 866983. When I told her I hadn’t received the email, she didn’t seem happy and tried to get me to log into my email. I told her to call back in 10 minutes, but she never did. Definitely a scam.
