Got a call from 0114 399 5221, it was totally silent. Answered it right away but nothing, no one spoke, just dead air. Sounds like one of those call centre auto-dialers where if no agent picks up, it just hangs up fast and tries the next number. Feels pretty dodgy to me, definitely seems like a scam call.

They’ve been ringing me again, and I’m definitely reporting this to the cops. It’s proper scary when they keep using my name, and the number doesn’t even ring back.

I got a call from someone claiming to be with UK Lottery who said they were going to send me 10 free lottery tickets. Then they started pushing me to sign up for a 12-week plan, which would get me over 200 tickets. They kept mentioning it would only cost 5p per line and kept trying to lure me in with free Euromillions tickets. Honestly, it felt dodgy - you never really get anything completely free, so there’s gotta be some kind of scam involved.

I've had calls from the number 01143995226 more than a few times, like about 10, and each time I just ignored it. Honestly, I think it's a scam, so my advice is just don’t pick up if you see this number popping up on your phone.

They have rung me around six times, but I never picked up. I’ve gone ahead and blocked the number now. If it was urgent, surely they would have left a voicemail or something.
