Got a call on my landline and when I picked up, some bloke asked if I was a certain person - me by name, no less. There were a few voices sort of buzzing in the background, making it sound like a call centre or something. Pretty sure it was just some scammer messing about again.

Got a call from a nicely spoken woman with a British accent who already knew my name and where I lived. She said she was ringing about grants for things like new windows, cladding, and fascias. I mentioned our house is in a conservation zone so we can’t do any changes. She was really polite and said she’d take my info off her list. Not sure if these calls are dodgy or legit, but I just don’t bother with them anyway.
