Seems like I’ve had a run-in with a bunch of fraudsters, likely operating from a call centre. The background noise was absolutely chaotic! A man on the other end was rambling on about some government scheme for renters regarding deposit refunds. To cut a long story short, he was clearly after my bank information and trying to pull a fast one.
