The lady was really nice at first, but when she revealed the savings amount, which I expected to be much more, she suddenly started acting a bit weird with me. So I just hung up.

Got a call from an automated woman’s voice, if you say yes or no, they connect you to an actual person. I blocked the number straight away. Looks like some kind of insurance fraud.

Got a call from this person and I picked up. They asked if I wanted insurance for a car I supposedly owned - which I absolutely don't! When I said no, they started shouting swear words at me! Definitely felt like they were just guessing info. The worst part was them calling me names and telling me to “f##k off” before hanging up. Proper rude and totally unprofessional. Hope they’ve been kicked out, cause that’s not how you treat people. Absolutely terrible experience!

I asked what they wanted with that info and they just said it’s their job to ask. Then they pushed, asking if I pay by direct debit. I didn’t say anything. The bloke got a bit annoyed and said I had to say yes, it has to be direct debit. I told him I don’t have to share my personal details with him. He insisted I did because it’s his job and said they’d keep ringing if I didn’t answer. That’s when I just hung up and blocked the number!
