Got a call from a woman with an Asian accent calling herself "Rachel." When I asked what she wanted, she said it was a quick survey about some online thing. I told her I wasn’t interested and then hung up and BLOCKED the number. Tried calling back and got a message in a female American voice saying "Welcome to Discount Utilities, all our agents are currently busy." Hung up straight away. Definitely seems like a SCAM or some kind of FRAUD.

When I ring back, an automated voice with an American accent says "Welcome to Discount Utilities" and gives a few options. I tried selecting one (can’t recall which) and got told all lines were busy, try again later. This has got to be a dodgy scam and it’s really frustrating!
