Got a call on my landline about 10 in the morning. It was a woman asking if I was Mr, which I was. She repeated the question a couple of times, and I said yes each time. On the third time, I realised it was just a recording and ended the call. Just the day before, I’d heard about a new scam where they make you say “yes” so they can use voice recognition to try and set up dodgy stuff. Best not to answer or respond at all.
