It’s fairly clear this is a dodgy operation, likely relying on an automated dialler. You can tell because there’s that noticeable delay before someone comes on the line. Best to keep your lips sealed and just let them hang up themselves. Those auto diallers tend to struggle with awkward silences!

It’s just another robocall, you can tell by the long pause before they say ‘hello’. Best thing is to not answer or say anything. They’ll hang up on their own. If they don’t ring back quickly, it means it’s definitely someone I’m not familiar with.
