I received a rather alarming phone call today from a company called Buchanan Clarke and Wells, based at BCW House, 24 George Street, Glasgow, G2 1EG. The representatives were shockingly rude and unprofessional in their communication, which has left us quite shaken. Given the circumstances, we've decided to draft a formal complaint to both them and the creditor they claim we owe money to (it’s quite a tangled tale, really).

Received a rather infuriating call earlier whilst out and about. We picked up, but there was silence on the line - incredibly annoying! What a crafty move to use a Sheffield number, considering I’m in Sheffield too. Makes it all the more likely I’d fall for it and answer! Turns out it’s BCW Group, based in Glasgow, dealing with debt recovery. What a nuisance!

Gave them a bell again, and received a rather curt message saying, "Thank you for calling. This number is designated for outgoing calls only." We're completely at a loss as to who it could have been. They rang us and promptly hung up as soon as we answered, rather rude and quite cowardly if you ask me!
