Mind you, my Grandad does have an Amazon account, but he doesn't subscribe to Prime or any similar services. This con artist even tried to convince him to log into his account on his laptop, but thankfully my grandfather wasn't having any of it and wisely refused to comply. After fending off this rogue, he reached out to me for assistance. I advised him to call 1471, and it turns out this number was linked to numerous other unfortunate souls who've encountered similar harassment.
