I told them I wasn’t interested, but they said they must of dialled the wrong person, which seemed obvious they hadn’t. I have no idea how they got my number. The purpose of their call was to promote the sale of solar panels. However, they addressed it to Mr ***** who is no longer associated with this household due to my wife's change in name. It seems their information is outdated by about 5 to 10 years. Politely, I informed the caller that they have the wrong number and clarified that there has never been a Mr ***** residing here. The caller acknowledged the error and agreed to remove my number from their system. They humorously asked if I was interested in purchasing solar panels, to which I replied that I already had them installed a few years ago. I would like to address someone who claims they refuse to pay for inclusion in the TPS... I want to clarify that registering with TPS (Telephone Preference Service) is absolutely free of charge!
